Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Donations made to Aathma Foundation whether in Indian or foreign currency, are treated as final and non-refundable. This is because contributions are immediately allocated towards our ongoing charitable projects and programs.

2. Exceptions

    • Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
      • Duplicate donation made by mistake.
      • Technical error resulting in an incorrect amount being charged.
      • Payment made without the donor’s authorization.

3. Refund Request Process

    • Any refund request must be submitted in writing to aathmacare@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
    • The request must include the donor’s full name, transaction ID, date of donation, and proof of payment.
    • Our team will review the request and, if approved, initiate the refund within 10–15 working days.
    • The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Donations

Donations received in response to specific campaigns or events, or those made through third-party fundraising platforms, are non-refundable unless covered by the exceptions above.
